the gandhi story

A mom came to Gandhi.

"Can you please tell my son to stop eating sugar?" She asked him.

Gandhi said to the mom, "Please come back two weeks later and I will help."

The mom came back two weeks later.

"Hello again," she said. "You promised me you would tell my son to stop eating sugar."

"Ahh, yes," Gandhi said. He looked to the boy. "Stop eating sugar."

The mom thanked Gandhi, then asked, "Why was it that you had to wait to weeks?"

Gandhi smiled.

"Because I had to stop eating sugar," he said.
