a rocket ship of a mystery

sometimes i remember

that we are travelling through

space at 67,000 mile per hour

while simultaneously spinning at

1,000 miles per hour and this will

at times terrify me while simulataneously

amazing me because we are riding

a rocket ship of a mystery which is

this planet hurtling through space

and still this cup of tea on my desk

is completely still
